Yes! Because as many don’t know, the official name of this beautiful port is Acapulco de Juarez, because of Don Benito Juarez, “The Americas’ worthy” who in his retourn of his banishment from New Orleans had the idea of lodge in “The place where were destroyed the ditch reed” Acapulco, that is located at South West in Mexico, it has a n extraordinary weather the whole year and a sea like any other in the World, had been evident with the visit of Elizbeth Taylor, John F. Kennedy, Frank Sinatra, Mauricio Garcés (and his amazing movies), Luis Miguel, etc. Whom ontheir arrive enjoy this paradisiac beaches and stayed in Acapulco forever.
And we don’t need to be famous or rich to realize that Acapulco cautivate us at first seen, and also that we don’t need a lot of money, because with a nice tour we’ll be in love with this famous port, so you have to visit Caletita Beach, where besides of its beauty sand, you can eat cheaply and delicious in the Dragon de oro restaurant, some tasty shellfish, and don’t forget to ask for Jaime, “ The waiter that serves with painstaking care”.
Or you can visit Caleta Beach, where you could taste some “picaditas” in the “Cabaña Restaurant” just in front of the sea, or maybe a tasty garlic octopus, or if you prefer, there is a trip in a crystal bottom boat, that will take you to see the Guadalupe virgin, that is under the sea.
Then, you can reach to the Roqueta Island and enjoy the company of a donkey, yes! As you read it! A donkey that also drinks beer! Don’t careless your freezer!
If you want an opened sea, you can’t swim, just flutter around and get a lot of sand on your body, and then appreciate the beutiful Sunset that this wonderful place offers.
