The mountains city
It is known as Monterrey, it’s located at the North of the country. Is a sacred city, it always had been profiled as a city with a different History comparing with the rest of the country, so long that nowadays is the only state with the title “Benefit City” this, because of its developed, consolidated economy, cultural and social context.
