Oaxaca is the Mexican country where the Mole recipe was created, so, when you visit this magical place you have to taste it, of course not without the delicious tlayudas.

This country is divided in eight towns: Mixteca, Cañada, Alto Papaloapan, Sierra Norte, Valles Centrales, Sierra Sur, Istmo and Costa, that at the same time are divided in different regions, each one with its own traditions and cultures, but in the whole country is celebrated the Guelaguetza, which starts with the Hill’s Monday.
